At Harmonic Mart, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for every purchase made on our platform.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning or replacing your item.
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The item differs from the description or image shown on our website.
You received a product with missing parts or accessories.
⚠️ Note:
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, cosmetics, food, health supplements, undergarments, or customized items).
Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
For defective electronics or appliances, warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer (if applicable).

Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
Our support team will review and confirm your eligibility.
A pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days after approval.
Please ensure the product is unused, has all original packaging, tags, and invoices.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements (if available) will be dispatched immediately after quality verification.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI.
For seller/quality issues, Harmonic Mart will bear the shipping charges.
For buyer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/color ordered), shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may apply for a return instead.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Original packaging or accessories are missing.
Return request is made after the eligible period.
