Return & Refund Policy – Harmonic Mart

At Harmonic Mart, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for every purchase made on our platform.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning or replacing your item.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item differs from the description or image shown on our website.

  • You received a product with missing parts or accessories.

⚠️ Note:
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, cosmetics, food, health supplements, undergarments, or customized items).


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.

  • For defective electronics or appliances, warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer (if applicable).


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at care@harmonicmart.com or call +91-7877677777.

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will review and confirm your eligibility.

  4. A pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days after approval.

Please ensure the product is unused, has all original packaging, tags, and invoices.


4. Refund & Replacement

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements (if available) will be dispatched immediately after quality verification.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Return Shipping

  • For seller/quality issues, Harmonic Mart will bear the shipping charges.

  • For buyer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/color ordered), shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.


⚖️ 6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may apply for a return instead.


7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.

  • Return request is made after the eligible period.
